Hello everyone,

Welcome to Lost in Blue Sea!

Let me introduce myself. My name is Telma - yes, without the 'h' because i'm Portuguese.

I was born in the glorious 90's - on May 17, 1990 to be more precise - which makes me kind of old. 

On October 3rd, I got married to João, my long time boyfriend and just a few days after we (and our dog, Oreo) flew towards our biggest adventure. Really, we bought a one-way ticket and landed on a beautiful sunny island named Malta.

Almost two months have passed, and here we are. We are settled, we are here to stay and I want to share all our new adventures with you, family, friends and strangers - hello there! 

This is why I created Lost in Blue Sea. As you can imagine, the name is in everything related to our new country, Malta, a beautiful tiny island (actually it's more than one) with wonderful weather, beautiful architecture - I have a crush for the traditional Maltese balconies - and the bluest sea you'll ever see. Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating on the last part, but believe me when I say, the sea here is beautiful. If you don't, then just google Gozo island and tell me about it.

Here, on LBS (let's shorten the name from now on), you will probably find different posts on different subjects, but you can expect what I like to call as an 'old style blog'. More like a personal journal, sharing my perspective and personal experience on things.
